I’m a Content Designer with 14 years of experience at places like Cash App, Instacart, Meta, and Blizzard. I focus on crafting delightful user experiences that keep user safety in mind.
My years in UX have taught me to carve intuitive paths to guide people through flows of all kinds. I have a love for research, design, inclusivity, and accessibility. I nerd out about language—whether it’s microcopy or python—and I love a good flow chart.

How I work
Tactically
I’m proficient at Figma, Axure, and Sketch, so I can work with Product Design directly. I'm always looking for ways to synthesize information and build better documentation. I’m comfortable developing content deep dives and presenting designs.

Collaboration comes in many forms. I’m a proponent of team-building as a way to build trust. Trust leads to collaboration across disciplines, and makes it easier to build amazing things. I’m experienced at helping to build a team’s culture.
sYSTEMATICally
Content Design is built on strong systems thinking. I’ve had the opportunity to work on localization for hundreds of languages and I’ve developed style guides at four companies. Flowcharts and information architecture are strong scaffolding for my work.
